★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troca de óleo 5w 30 a granel de qualidade duvidosa . Questionei o rapaz que fez a troca sobre a colocação escura do óleo. O mesmo alegou que o produto tinha chegado no estado. Sempre troquei o óleo com granel nunca vi escuro daquele jeito. Aparentou ser recuperado. Nunca mais faço troca nessa lugar.
Oil change 5w 30 in bulk of doubtful quality . I questioned the guy who made the exchange about the dark placement of the oil. The same claimed that the product had arrived in the state. I always changed the oil with bulk, never saw it dark like that. Appeared to be recovered. I never trade in this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência terrível, fui trocar o óleo do motor e chegou lá o atendente falou que precisava trocar o óleo do cambio também. Só que meu carro é 2018 manual e depois conversando com um colega que entende melhor de carro ele me falou que óleo de câmbio não era trocado, e uma pesquisa na internet confirmou que não existe necessidade de trocar óleo de câmbio de carro manual novo. Ou seja o cara me vendeu um serviço completamente desnecessário. Fora isso eles me cobraram 3 embalagens de aditivo, mas na hora só usaram 2. Eu até chamei chamei a atenção pelo ocorrido e eles disseram que não dava pra estornar o valor porque foi pago no cartão e tiveram a cara de pau de falar pra deixar lá o aditivo, obviamente levei embora, porque já que eu paguei ia levar comigo. Enfim, experiência horrível, não recomendo! Claramente eles se aproveitaram por ser uma senhora que não possui conhecimento pra enfiar um monte de serviço desnecessário só pra lucrar em cima.
Terrible experience, I went to change the engine oil and when I got there the attendant said he needed to change the transmission oil too. But my car is a 2018 manual and after talking to a colleague who understands cars better he told me that transmission oil was not changed, and an internet search confirmed that there is no need to change transmission oil in a new manual car. In other words, the guy sold me a completely unnecessary service. Other than that, they charged me 3 packages of additive, but at the time they only used 2. I even called attention to what had happened and they said they couldn't refund the amount because it was paid on the card and they had the nerve to tell me to leave there the additive, obviously I took it away, because since I paid, I was going to take it with me. All in all, horrible experience, I don't recommend it! Clearly they took advantage of being a lady who doesn't have the knowledge to throw in a bunch of unnecessary work just to profit off of it.
