Porém , a atendente de caixa não tem o minino de educação e de profissionalismo , atende os clientes com muita ignorância e falta de empatia .
Houve um ocorrido onde meu pai foi na loja fazer a troca de uns itens no carro e ela não soube cobrar o valor , quando ele foi perguntar ela não respondeu e disse que se ele quisesse uma resposta era pra ele ter perguntado para o funcionário .
Voltamos lá , pois além de ter cobrado errado ainda não especificou oq estava sendo cobrado . E ela novamente nos tratou com ignorancia e muito deboche . Uma pena vcs terem uma equipe tão boa e por conta dela receberem uma avaliação ruim .
Nota zero pra ela !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trocaram o meu óleo depois que trocou que foi me avisar que cobrava 50 reais a mais pra trocar o óleo, né todos os Reis do óleo quê eu troco ninguém me cobra essa taxa. Sendo que já tinha trocado o óleo no mesmo lugar a um mês atrás e eles não me cobram nada , agora inventaram isso não volto mais lá.
