 Poor service at the counter I spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to ask what the order would be, I left without being answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixa muito a desejar pelo nome "rei do sanduíche", na qual sabemos que existem N franquias. Nota ainda 2 estrelas devido o bom atendimento, mas refrigerante quente, sanduíche com mínimo recheio, pão super mal assado.
It leaves a lot to be desired by the name "king of the sandwich", in which we know that there are N franchises. Note also 2 stars due to the good service, but hot soda, sandwich with minimal filling, super under baked bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente tinha sido muito boa, mas hj tive uma decepção, pedi um sanduíche que era para ter vindo Bacon e passas o qual não vieram, liguei pra informar e o gerente me informou que não havia colado passas mas que tinha colocado Bacon, o que não aconteceu, ainda duvidou da minha palavra, pois informei que já havia dado duas mordidas no sanduíche e não tinha Bacon, ele simplesmente perguntou se era pará ter posto meio jogo de Bacon, veja a consideração desse senhor com seu cliente, aliás ex cliente, ainda falou que da próxima vez acresentaria mais Bacon, sinto muito mas não haver uma próxima vez, reconheça e assuma, houve esquecimento e tal que aceitaria de.bom grado, mas não dizer que seu sanduíche está barato e eu espera o quê. Espera pelo menos um pouco mais de respeito com cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saber quando você se sente enganado pela propaganda pois e pedi uma poção de macaxeira com carne do Sol e adivinha não tinha carne do sol era só um bolinho de macaxeira molego e pra dizer que não tinha carne achei um fiapo pena que não dá pra postar foto 20 conto pedidos por aquilo que não tive injustiça. Única coisa que salvo foi a pizza pra eu também não ser injusto pois essa prestou e boa.
