I do not recommend to anyone to buy in this store, sofa material of poor quality, delay in delivery, do not answer the total phone disrespect to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui enganada e o atendimento é péssimo!!! Fiz um orçamento com uma vendedora pelo Instagram da empresa onde me passaram o valor de R$1.700,00 em um sofá. Combinei de ir até a loja para conhecer o produto e fechar a compra, quando cheguei na loja o rapaz que me atendeu me disse que o sofá era 2.500,00. Eu ainda estava disposta a fechar com eles, mas esse rapaz não se importou com o valor que a vendedora me passou e não quis sequer negociar o valor novamente, ainda me informou que ele não recebe comissão, ou seja, não faz diferença pra ele se a loja vende ou não. Ele tbm nos disse que a loja tem mais de vinte vendedores e nenhum deles sabe vender, pois não há interação entre os vendedores e a loja. Eu até estava disposta a fechar a compra, mesmo com o erro de valor, não fechei pelo pessimo atendimento que recebi!
I was deceived and the service is terrible !!! I made a budget with a salesperson through the company's Instagram where I was paid R $ 1,700.00 on a sofa. I agreed to go to the store to get to know the product and close the purchase, when I arrived at the store the boy who answered me said that the sofa was 2,500.00. I was still willing to close with them, but this guy didn't care about the amount the seller gave me and didn't even want to negotiate the amount again, he still informed me that he doesn't receive a commission, that is, it doesn't matter to him if the store sells or not. He also told us that the store has more than twenty salespeople and none of them knows how to sell, as there is no interaction between the salespeople and the store. I was even willing to close the purchase, even with the error of value, I did not close due to the terrible service I received!
