Uma pena um produto bom e competitivo perder clientes por um atendimento horrível. Vcs deveriam terceirizar o atendimento, contratar um profissional.
The lunch is good and competitive, but the service is terrible. So bad that I, who was a regular customer, gave up ordering snacks from them. Girl who attends extremely rude and by WhatsApp is even worse.
It's a shame a good and competitive product loses customers for horrible service. You should outsource the service, hire a professional.
