Uma vez pedi no rei do sushi e o pedido demorou mais de 1h do prazo estipulado por eles pra entregarem e, quando entregaram, a comida não era saborosa, estava fria e parecia velha. Hoje, infelizmente caí no conto do vigário: Cadastraram outro nome, 'Pizzaria da hora Ilhéus'. Só soube que se tratava da mesma empresa quando liguei pra reclamar do atraso de 40minutos, ao que disseram ser apenas uma demanda grande, mas que meu pedido já havia saído. Pois bem, com uma hora de atraso voltei a ligar, já não me atendem, desligam na minha cara assim que a chama. Tentei contato pelo Ifood, por whats app, por chamadas e só obtive "retorno" mais de uma hora e 10 de atraso, ou seja, 2h e 10 do pedido, dizendo que o entregador estava na rua. Mas fiz um vídeo e mandei pra eles, mostrando que não tinha ninguem. Não falaram mais nada. O pedido, já pago pelo ifood, não chegou. Espero o reembolso.
