★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero elogiar a postura e profissionalismo da Dr Daniela. Ocorreu um problema na recepção, aonde eles marcaram meu retorno para retirada da próteses no dia 12/02 as 17:30 e quando cheguei lá a clínica estava fechada. Me senti como palhaço. A Dr Daniela estando ciente deste erro, se prontificou a entregar a prótese no Domingo e assim foi feito, pois precisava com Urgência da prótese. Belo profissionalismo da Dr Daniela, recomendo a clínica.
 I want to commend Dr Daniela's posture and professionalism. There was a problem at the reception, where they marked my return for prosthesis removal on 12/02 at 17:30 and when I got there the clinic was closed. I felt like a clown. Dr Daniela, being aware of this error, offered to deliver the prosthesis on Sunday and it was done because she needed it with Urgency of the prosthesis. Nice professionalism from Dr Daniela, I recommend the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair do consultório indignada e muito chateada!! Os dentistas até que são bons! Pois fiz o meu tratamento e não tive do que reclamar, a não ser uma obturação que caiu, eu mandei várias mensagens e nunca me responderam! Mas minha maior indignação é sobre a organização! Desde dezembro do ano passado estou tentando fazer o tratamento da minha filha que precisa arrancar os 4 cisos, foi marcado a data para retirar 2 dos dentes, marquei uma consulta pra ela, peguei folga no dia seguinte do meu serviço para poder ficar com ela. A consulta estava marcada para as 16:30, pediram para que chegassemos 20 minutos antes, pois com atraso a Dra não atende, chegamos as 16:00hs, nos deixaram esperando pasmem! Até às 19:15!!! (Isso pq eu perguntei várias vezes pois estava atrasando d mais o atendimento!!) E Dra Daniela disse que atenderia! Quando deu 19:15 ela disse que a Dra tinha se atrasado e que iria atender minha filha, pois ela morava muito longe! Eu sei que imprevistos acontecem, mas poxa nos deixar esperando das 16 até às 19 hs e não atender é muito tempo né!!
Hoje outra vez minha filha tinha uma consulta para fazer duas obturações, chegamos no horário, ficamos esperando uns 10 minutos, e a recepcionista informou que não iria atender pq um aparelho sei lá qual tinha quebrado! Tudo bem imprevistos acontecem.....mas pq não nos avisaram antes da gente chegar na clínica??? Pq não quebrou o aparelho na hora em que a gente chegou lá né !!!!! Não tiveram a consideração e o respeito de mandar uma mensagem pra avisar! Esperaram chegarmos lá para dizer que não iriam atender!!!! Saí de lá me sentindo uma palhaça!!! Idiota!!!! Vim do serviço cansada! Pegamos ônibus pra chegar nesse dentista pra não ser atendida de novo!!!
Total falta de Respeito pelos pacientes!!!!
E olha que eu tinha elogiado a clínica e dado 5 estrelas, mas depois dessa falta de respeito com minha filha eu tive que apagar e se pudesse faria 0 estrela!
I just left the office indignant and very upset !! Dentists are good! Because I did my treatment and I had nothing to complain about, except for a filling that fell, I sent several messages and they never answered me! But my biggest indignation is about the organization! Since December last year I have been trying to treat my daughter who needs to remove the 4 teeth, the date was set to remove 2 of the teeth, I made an appointment for her, I took time off the next day of my service to be able to stay with her. The appointment was scheduled for 16:30, they asked us to arrive 20 minutes before, because with a delay the Dra does not answer, we arrived at 16: 00hs, they left us waiting amazed! Until 19:15 !!! (That's why I asked several times because I was delaying more appointments !!) And Dra Daniela said she would answer! When it was 7:15 pm she said that the doctor was late and that she would attend my daughter, as she lived far away! I know unforeseen events happen, but hey, keep us waiting from 4 pm until 7 pm and not answering is a long time, right !!
Today again my daughter had an appointment to do two fillings, we arrived on time, we were waiting for about 10 minutes, and the receptionist informed us that she would not answer because a device I don't know which one had broken! Ok, unforeseen events happen ..... but why didn't they warn us before we arrived at the clinic ??? Because it didn't break the device when we got there, right !!!!! They did not have the consideration and respect to send a message to warn! They waited to get there to say that they would not answer !!!! I left there feeling like a clown !!! Moron!!!! I came from the service tired! We took the bus to get to this dentist to not be seen again !!!
Total lack of respect for patients !!!!
And look, I had praised the clinic and given it 5 stars, but after this lack of respect with my daughter I had to delete it and if I could I would make it 0 star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compareci na clínica em 02/02/202 às 10:25 horas para limpeza nos dentes, assim que cheguei não tinha ninguém para atender, alguns minutos depois saiu uma moça do banheiro e ficou na recepção, essa moça acredito que era recepcionista passou por mim, não me cumprimentou ou perguntou se eu precisava de ajuda, detalhe eu estava sozinha na clínica aguardando atendimento, não tinha mais ninguém. Fiquei sentada aguardando atendimento por aproximadamente 25 minutos NINGUÉM ME ATENDEU. Alguns minutos depois saíram duas dentistas da salinha me viram sentada esperando e foi como se eu fosse invisível (não deram nem "oi", "bom dia", nada) isso pq eu tinha agendado limpeza nos dentes às 10:30 horas, resolvi sair da clínica às 10:50 horas e enviei mensagem do ocorrido pelo whats, visualizaram e não responderam.
Quando chegamos em um estabelecimento esperamos ser atendidos por profissionais, eu poderia muito bem ter ido até a moça da recepção e solicitar atendimento mas fiquei aguardando pra ver até onde a funcionária iria (visto que cheguei e não havia atendente no local, a atendente saiu do banheiro, me viu sentada e não me atendeu). Isso mostra a importância que a empresa tem com os pacientes, não é a toa que tem tantos comentários negativos no google.
I attended the clinic on 02/02/202 at 10:25 am to clean my teeth, as soon as I arrived there was no one to attend, a few minutes later a girl came out of the bathroom and stayed at the reception, this girl I believe was a receptionist passed by me , did not greet me or asked if I needed help, detail I was alone in the clinic waiting for assistance, there was no one else. I sat waiting for service for approximately 25 minutes. NO ONE ANSWERED ME. A few minutes later two dentists left the room and saw me sitting waiting and it was as if I was invisible (they didn't even say "hi", "good morning", nothing) because I had scheduled my teeth cleaning at 10:30 am, I decided to leave from the clinic at 10:50 am and sent a message of what happened by whats, viewed and did not respond.
When we arrived at an establishment we expected to be attended by professionals, I might as well have gone to the reception girl and asked for assistance but I was waiting to see how far the employee would go (since I arrived and there was no attendant at the place, the attendant left the bathroom, saw me sitting and didn't answer me). This shows the importance that the company has with patients, it is not for nothing that there are so many negative comments on google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento e rapidez sem enrolação. Adquirir um plano Odontologico a menos de um mês, e na reina Odonto já conseguir fazer a consulta na mesma semana, já fiz limpeza, restaurações e horário marcado para semana que vem.
Great service and speed without stalling. Acquire a dental plan in less than a month, and in Reina Odonto I can make the appointment in the same week, I have already done cleaning, restorations and scheduled time for next week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São um bando de charlatães. Cobraram falaram que atendem pelo convênio. Chegando lá falaram que ela tinha uma cárie superficial porém o convênio não cobria. (Nisso paguei a consulta pelo convênio). Me cobrou adiantado para tratar essa cárie superficial, no próximo atendimento. Chegando no próximo atendimento, além do atraso, veio outra dentista, que falou que abrir o dente, falou que não era cárie superfícial que era canal e que o convênio não cobria também canal, querendo cobrar 450,00 pelo canal. Deixando o dente da minha esposa aberto e com dor. Ninca mais pisaremos nesse lugar. Profissionais que se comtradizem e que falam que o convênio não cobre sendo que está no rol de cobertura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutamente TUDO nessa clínica é péssimo. E olha que sou um cliente super tolerante.
Os dentistas são uns açougueiros. A minha namorada extraiu o siso semana passada e está com a cara toda inchada e roxa e com os pontos todos tortos por causa do mal trabalho. Fora que ela sofreu pra caramba porque a dentista era péssima e não tinha cuidado nenhum.
Dentistas, recepcionistas e outros funcionários (e até clientes) entram e saem toda hora na sala de cirurgia durante os procedimentos, uma situação assustadora e sem higiene nenhuma.
Marcaram pra tirar os pontos as 9 da manha e quando chegamos lá as 9:10 eles nem tinham aberto o consultório ainda e tinha 10 pessoas na fila na frente da porta.
O atendimento foi horrível, dizem que atendem pelo convênio e quando você chega eles querem cobrar. Super mal educados e nunca cumprem horarios, fora a gritaria o tempo todo entre funcionários..
Pra ter uma ideia, marcaram a cirurgia, mandaram começar a tomar antibiótico um dia antes e desmarcaram a cirurgia no dia, depois que já estava tomando! Um absurdo.
Tudo isso aconteceu com um desdém absurdo da equipe. Preferimos vir na SORRIDENTS aqui do lado na rua Campos Sales. Vamos pagar pela consulta, mas nunca mais voltamos nesse abatedouro que chamam de clínica. (Sim, estamos revoltados nesse nível porque o absurdo que passamos foi equivalente).
Não vá a esse lugar!
Absolutely EVERYTHING in this clinic sucks. And look, I'm a super tolerant customer.
Dentists are butchers. My girlfriend had her wisdom teeth removed last week and her face is all swollen and purple and her stitches are all crooked from the bad work. Besides, she suffered a lot because the dentist was terrible and didn't take any care.
Dentists, receptionists and other employees (and even clients) are constantly in and out of the operating room during procedures, a frightening and unhygienic situation.
They scheduled the stitches at 9 in the morning and when we got there at 9:10 they hadn't even opened the office yet and there were 10 people in line in front of the door.
The service was horrible, they say they work through the health insurance and when you arrive they want to charge you. Super rude and they never work on time, apart from the shouting all the time between employees...
To give you an idea, they scheduled the surgery, told them to start taking antibiotics the day before and canceled the surgery on the day, after I was already taking it! Nonsense.
All this happened with an absurd disdain from the team. We prefer to come to SORRIDENTS here on Rua Campos Sales. We'll pay for the appointment, but we never went back to that slaughterhouse they call a clinic. (Yes, we are disgusted at that level because the absurdity we went through was equivalent).
Don't go to this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a extração de dois sisos, um a dentistas removeu em 15 minutos, já o outro foi foi mais de 2 horas, não deu nem um monto, machucou muito minha boca, com tanto machucado e sem dar nenhum ponto acabou desenvolvendo uma infecção, tentei voltar lá, porém a dentista que tinha feito a extração não estava e fui informado que outra dentista só poderia me atender em outro dia.
Tive que procurar outro profissional que que ficou abismado com péssimo trabalho que foi feito.
Sem contar as diversas remarcações que foram feita para fazer a extração.
Local desagradável, com a dona da clínica muito grossa com a funcionária da recepção, local não é nada higiênico. Foi uma das piores experiência que já tive, total falta de profissionalismo.
I had two wisdom teeth extracted, one the dentists removed in 15 minutes, the other took more than 2 hours, it didn't give a lot, it hurt my mouth a lot, with so much hurt and without giving any stitches, I ended up developing an infection, I tried I went back there, but the dentist who had performed the extraction was not there and I was informed that another dentist would only be able to see me on another day.
I had to look for another professional who was amazed at the bad work that was done.
Not to mention the various markdowns that were made to make the extraction.
Unpleasant place, with the owner of the clinic very rude to the receptionist, the place is not hygienic. It was one of the worst experience I've ever had, total lack of professionalism.
