★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local péssimo. Estou há duas semanas tentando obter o laudo do exame de radiografia do meu cachorro. De início, enrolaram quase uma semana pra dizer que as imagens tinham ficado ruins e que o exame teria que ser refeito. Refizemos o exame na última segunda-feira e, passados 4 dias, não encaminharam o laudo para o e-mail informado e nem sequer entraram em contato para dar qualquer informação. E quando ligamos, dizem que o sistema está fora do ar. Um descaso.
Terrible place. I've been trying to get my dog's X-ray report for two weeks. At first, they took almost a week to say that the images had gone bad and that the exam would have to be redone. We redid the exam last Monday and, after 4 days, they did not send the report to the e-mail provided and they did not even contact us to provide any information. And when we call, they say the system is down. A neglect.
