★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Venderam uma mercadoria errada para minha esposa. Não queriam trocar. Quando resolveram trocar ficaram destratando ela e não assumiram o erro deles. Constrangeram ela em frente a outros clientes. Lamentável.... vamos pensar muito antes de voltar nessa loja.
Terrible attendance. They sold the wrong merchandise to my wife. They didn't want to switch. When they decided to change, they treated her and didn't accept their mistake. They embarrassed her in front of other customers. Shame... let's think long and hard before going back to this store.

Fiz um pedido no valor de 23 reais na segunda feira e o vendedor disse q iria entregar na terça feira.. Na terça feira não entregaram e então eu liguei pra saber o pq n haviam entregado e disseram q mandariam na quarta feira. Quarta feira não mandaram e então liguei novamente e o vendedor disse q não entregavam esse valor de 23 e então eu pedi que aumentassem o valor do pedido pra 40 reais q assim eles entregavam na quinta feira. Não veio na quinta e nem na sexta, liguei pra lá novamente e disseram q mandariam no sábado! Sábado liguei pra lá novamente e a atendente disse q o entregador n encontrou o endereço e foi embora!
Que entregador é esse que nem tenta ligar pra saber o endereço do cliente?
Que empresa é essa que enrola um cliente uma semana para fazer uma entrega?

Terrible attendance!
I placed an order worth 23 reais on Monday and the seller said they would deliver on Tuesday. On Tuesday they didn't deliver and so I called to find out why they hadn't delivered and they said they would ship on Wednesday. Wednesday they didn't send it and so I called again and the seller said they didn't deliver this amount of 23 and so I asked them to increase the order value to 40 reais so they delivered on Thursday. It didn't come on Thursday or Friday, I called there again and they said they would send it on Saturday! Saturday I called there again and the attendant said the delivery man found the address and left!
What delivery guy is this that doesn't even try to call to find out the customer's address?
What company is this that winds up a customer for a week to make a delivery?
Terrible attendance!
