★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei nesse lugar uma cozinha ainda quando era Italinea, materiais de péssima qualidade, ficou vários parafusos a mostra, pedi as tampinhas e não mandou. mandei as medidas do fogão de embutir mesmo assim fizeram errado. tiveram que fazer uma gambiarra pra poder abrir a tampa do fogão, se mudasse teria q mexer em tudo. erro de planejamento. as peças já tive q trocar fora as que fazem um barulho enorme, parece q estão tudo velho. É o que eu falo, quando vc compra tudo é flores, mas na real não, sr Cícero o sr fez questão de pesquisar desde o acerto até a instalação e não achou meu telefone pra poder acertar essas pendências ja q se mostra tão prestativo e fala q vai.... vai....e nada. por isso q fiz esse comentário aqui.
outro detalhe vc me disse q as medidas poderia passar depois do fogão q não teria problema, passei como me pediu antes da fabricação da pedra, correto? eu que sou leigo no assunto entendi q pedia 5cm de espaço atrás. esqueci o erro foi meu neh? as dobradiças faz um barulho infernal agora e as portas estão desalinhados, sei das condições da paredes q estão fora de esquadro. várias tapinhas dos parafusos saiu em menos de 1 semana, aliás na primeira limpeza dos móveis, falei com vc várias vzs, vc foi lá? vc me retornou? cadê o "bom atendimento " que vc preza? e me passa um número válido pra poder retornar ou vc me bloqueou e nem lembra?
