 I made my baby's mobile crib mattress to order and I loved the quality! It is very well done and finished, the design was perfect and the delivery was super fast, well before the deadline. Attentive and very polite staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um colchão e simplesmente odiamos, super desconfortável, pedimos várias vezes para realizar a devolução e ou troca. Para realizar a devolução eles não prestaram NENHUM auxilio para descer ou subir o colchão. Minha namorada estava sozinha e não era possível descer mais de 10 andares de escada com o colchão sozinha, eles ainda tiveram a cara de pau de cobrar (e caro) para ajudar a descer o colchão horroroso deles. Pretendíamos somente trocar o colchão por outro melhor, depois desse desserviço preferimos só manter a maior distância possível dessa empresa. Péssimo serviço, não recomendo para ninguém.
We bought a mattress and simply hated it, super uncomfortable, we asked several times to make the return and/or exchange. To carry out the return they did not provide ANY assistance to lower or raise the mattress. My girlfriend was alone and it was not possible to go down more than 10 floors of stairs with the mattress alone, they even had the nerve to charge (and expensive) to help lower their horrible mattress. We only intended to change the mattress for a better one, after this disservice we preferred to keep as much distance as possible from this company. Terrible service, I don't recommend it to anyone.
