Contratei o serviço com Palloma diretamente em São Luis no Maranhão.
Não cumpriram uma data combinada, sequer!!!
Eu fazia contato com a filial em Guarulhos, me passavam uma informação. Eu desligava de Guarulhos e ligava em São Luis no Maranhão e me informavam uma situação diferente.
Tudo muito errado, informações divergentes, funcionários despreocupados com o cliente, atrasos e mais atrasos, tanto para coleta, como para despacho e para entrega....
Eu só estava torcendo para que o material chegasse no meu cliente.
