★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIVEL ME SENTI LESADA Levei a minha impressora neste local uma a cartucho pois tinha levado uma queda Preenchi o papel me falaram que o técnico ia me ligar Passou um mês! eu ligando após deixar ela neste local e sem me responderem isso no ano de 2020 depois de quase 2 messes eu já necessitando da impressora para fazer minha tarefas decidi buscar a resposta que o "tecnicu" me deu foi que simplesmente a impressora não tinha conserto então por que não avisou antes e quando eu a peguei MEU DOIS CARTUCHOS NOVOS QUE FAZIA 1 MÊS que eu tinha comprado e não usei por conta da queda ESTAVAM VAZIOOSS! TANTO O COLORIDO COMO O PRETO pegaram a tinta pegaram os cabos e não consertaram!
HORRIBLE I FELT AFFECTED I took my printer in this place, a cartridge because it had taken a fall I filled out the paper and told me the technician would call me A month passed! I called after leaving it at this location and without being answered in 2020 after almost 2 months I already needed the printer to do my tasks I decided to look for the answer that the "tecnicu" gave me was that the printer was simply not fixed then Why didn't you tell me before and when I picked it up MY TWO NEW CARTRIDGES THAT'S BEEN 1 MONTH THAT I'D Bought and didn't use because of the fall WERE EMPTY! BOTH COLOR AND BLACK took the ink they took the cables and didn't fix it!
