Consegui marcar sem grandes problemas(tive que ter o encaminhamento do médico) e estou sendo acompanhada pela Dra Natália que tem sido excelente em seus atendimentos.
Super recomendo.
The service for me was very good…
I managed to make an appointment without major problems (I had to have the doctor's referral) and I am being accompanied by Dr Natália who has been excellent in her care.
I highly recommend.

Primeiro que pra informar os horários disponíveis, solicitam guia médica e informações do plano de saúde pelo whatsapp pra, no final das contas só responderem se você ligar novamente para o fixo informando que já enviou. Segundo que marcaram minha consulta com a psicóloga Natalia para uma terça às 16h e quando cheguei na clínica não constava meu nome no sistema e nem a profissional estava na clínica. Tentaram resolver o constrangimento marcando outro horário, com outro profissional, porém viram que ele também não tinha disponibilidade e perguntaram se eu queria ficar numa fila de espera de atendimento. Absolutamente não indico a ninguém

First of all, to inform the available times, they ask for a medical guide and information about the health plan via whatsapp so that, in the end, they will only respond if you call the landline again informing that you have already sent it. Second, they scheduled my appointment with the psychologist Natalia for a Tuesday at 4 pm and when I arrived at the clinic my name was not on the system and neither was the professional at the clinic. They tried to resolve the embarrassment by scheduling another appointment, with another professional, but they saw that he was also unavailable and asked if I wanted to be on a waiting list. Absolutely do not recommend to anyone
