Bad service, instead of answering you they stay on the cell phone, they don't know how to calculate, bad attendants, horrible store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um relógio para substituir a bateria, e quando peguei o mesmo de volta um dia lados da pulseira estava danificado (só percebi ao chegar em casa). Voltei à loja no dia seguinte, e a pessoa responsável simplesmente informou que tenta trabalhar da melhor forma, e que danos deste tipo pedem acontecer.
Não pretendo realizar outros serviços similares nesta relojoaria, pois a ética passou longe daí.
I left a watch to replace the battery, and when I took it back one day the sides of the strap were damaged (I only noticed when I got home). I went back to the store the next day, and the person in charge simply informed them that they are trying to work in the best possible way, and that damage of this kind needs to happen.
I do not intend to carry out other similar services in this watch shop, as ethics have gone far from there.
