Bad service, the woman at the checkout is super thick. They do not know how to provide details about the product. Jewels that soon fall off the stones. The silver soon loses its luster. Outdated collections, nothing new.

Disse que era pra gente ver se era o número certo pq ela não trocaria mais. (De um jeito bem grosso). Se vc está num dia ruim,não trabalhe, ou disfarce! Se seu jeito é esse, vc precisa aprender a ter educação e simpatia para com seus clientes.Tbm atendo ao público e profissionalismo vem em primeiro lugar! Poderíamos ser clientes em potencial para voltarmos e comprarmos alianças de noivado e casamento,mas pelo tratamento e antipatia,não voltaremos mais.Que sirva de exemplo para melhorarem o atendimento de futuros clientes.
My boyfriend bought our rings and was well attended by a man, but we had to change the size since he did not know my number right and his got wide after the purchase. We were to change, the girl who answered was very unfriendly! brunette with tied ponytail hair. She said it was to see if it was the right number because she would not change it anymore. (In a very thick way). If you are on a bad day, do not work, or disguise! If your way is this, you need to learn to have education and sympathy for your customers. Also attend to the public and professionalism comes first! We could be potential customers to go back and buy engagement and wedding rings, but for treatment and dislike, we will not be back. Let us serve as an example to improve customer service.
