★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo esta oficina nem pro meu pior inimigo, deixei o carro lá com o Gerente, o mesmo me passou um orçamento constando vários serviços, ao pegar o carro o mesmo me informou que não faltava mais nada a fazer. Fui verificar e faltavam alguns itens dentre eles a troca do filtro de combustível, troca dos óleos do diferencial e caixa de marcha itens contidos no orçamento, os profissionais de lá trabalham sem diligência fazendo as coisas na "tora" falta de um gerente bom que administre os funcionários. Teve uma hora lá que faltou 1 litros de óleo para caixa de macha e o gerente me indicou colocar um que não era da especificação do mesmo (muita incompetência)Diante dessa minha indignação o próprio gerente fez descaso, e ao ligar pro dono o mesmo me pediu desculpas aparentando não está nem aí. Fico pensando o tanto de pessoas leigas pu mulheres que já foram enganadas neste estabelecimento, graças a Deus entendo um pouco de mecânica e não fui trapaceado. Mais uma vez reforço: se não quiserem ter dor de cabeça pro resto da vida não vão nesta oficina. Fui na oficina do Papicu.
I don't recommend this garage even for my worst enemy, I left the car there with the Manager, he gave me a quote containing several services, when I picked up the car he informed me that there was nothing left to do. I went to check and there were some items missing, including the replacement of the fuel filter, changing the oils in the differential and gearbox items included in the budget, the professionals there work without diligence doing things on the "log" lack of a good manager to manage employees. There was a time there when 1 liter of oil was missing for the butch box and the manager told me to put one that was not of its specification (very incompetence) In view of my indignation, the manager himself neglected it, and when he called the owner, he same me apologized apparently not giving a shit. I wonder how many lay people or women who have been deceived in this establishment, thank God I understand a little mechanics and I was not cheated. Again, if you don't want to have a headache for the rest of your life, don't go to this workshop. I went to Papicu's workshop.
