I'm just loving the course, it's being of paramount importance to my life. And the teaching is very well placed. There is a lot of information, which seems crazy to me at the moment, but in the very near future it won't be so much load...but that, with time and dedication, it will be easily developed. And with practice all this information will be transformed into simplicity. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima atençao com relaçao imoveis locados. Nao se compometem com o locatario . Fazem a locaçao com seguro .porem o seguro nao paga o locatario . Temos um imovel com essa agencia e ate hj nao vimos a cor do dinheiro nem do aluguel tão pouco do seguro . So prejuizo e sem nenhum respaldo da imobiliaria . Nao recomendo
Very bad attention with regard to leased properties. Do not compromise with the lessee. They rent with insurance. However, the insurance does not pay the lessee. We have a property with this agency and so far we haven't seen the color of the money or the rent, nor the insurance. Only damage and without any real estate backing. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei uma casa e não colocaram no contrato que a região alagava. Fiquei ilhada uma semana sem poder trabalhar e pior precisei sair do imóvel em 2 meses. Pior imobiliária de Jundiaí.
I rented a house and they didn't put in the contract that the region was flooded. I was stranded for a week without being able to work and worse, I had to leave the property in 2 months. Worst real estate in Jundiaí.
