Conversei com o Thiago pelo zap sobre os imóveis disponíveis, aonde ele prontamente me tirou todas as dúvidas que apareciam. Dúvidas sanadas, marcamos as visitas para o final de semana.
Infelizmente ele teve um imprevisto na qual não poderia me atender. Expliquei a situação pra ele, que morava em outra cidade e que só tinha o final de semana para ver isso. Mesmo sendo sexta feira à noite, ele conseguiu disponibilizar outra pessoa da imobiliária para me atender, mantendo o combinado.
Com isso foi o Kaio que nos atendeu. Super simpático, sincero e atencioso, nos mostrou todos os imóveis que tínhamos combinado, além de dar dicas sobre a cidade.
Não poderia deixar de dar o meu relato. Se futuramente eu precisar ver outros imóveis, sem sombra de dúvidas começarei com a Re/Max Serra. Parabéns pelo ótimo trabalho!

I talked with Thiago through the zap about the available properties, where he promptly took all the doubts that appeared. Questions answered, we schedule visits for the weekend.
Unfortunately, he had an unforeseen event that he could not attend to. I explained the situation to him, who lived in another city and who only had the weekend to see this. Even though it was Friday night, he managed to make another person from the real estate company available to serve me, keeping the arrangement.
With that it was Kaio who attended us. Super friendly, sincere and attentive, he showed us all the properties we had arranged, in addition to giving tips on the city.
I couldn't help but give my account. If I need to see other properties in the future, without a doubt I will start with Re / Max Serra. Congratulations on the great job!

Eu e minha esposa nos interessamos por um imóvel que foi anunciado pela imobiliária através do OLX e entramos em contato por telefone, para agendar uma visita. Porém, fomos informados para esperar algum corretor entrar em contato. Mas NINGUÉM nos ligou durante todo o dia. Já tentei ligar novamente, diversas vezes durante a tarde, mas ninguém atende. Ao que parece, eles já tem clientes o suficiente ou não estão muito interessados em alugar seus imóveis. Então, não entendo o porquê divulgam para depois fazer esse descaso com os clientes.
I see so many positive reviews for this property, but unfortunately I have to disagree. My wife and I were interested in a property that was advertised by the real estate agency through OLX and got in touch by phone to schedule a visit. However, we were told to wait for a broker to get in touch. But NO ONE called us all day. I've tried calling again, several times this afternoon, but no one answers. Apparently, they already have enough clients or are not very interested in renting their properties. So, I don't understand why they divulge it and then do this neglect with customers.
