★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, ambiente ok, comida ruim (óleo velho das frituras, arroz passado do ponto, salmão sem sabor, alga mole). Pedimos um rodízio e um combinado, não me lembro de nada que estava bom.
Bad service, ok atmosphere, bad food (old frying oil, overcooked rice, tasteless salmon, soft seaweed). We ordered a carvery and a combined, I don't remember anything that was good.

Estive no local neste mês de maio e não há qualquer reclamação, fui em outro restaurante próximo no mesmo dia, do qual saí insatisfeita, mas felizmente encontrei o Remô e foi uma experiência excelente.
Wonderful restaurant, fresh and tasty food, excellent service and varied menu. I was there this month of May and there is no complaint, I went to another nearby restaurant on the same day, which I left unsatisfied, but luckily I found Remo and it was an excellent experience.

Os peixes cru chegaram quentes, sem sabor, péssima qualidade do arroz, os fritos tinham sabor amargo e dava para perceber que era pelo óleo velho e queimado que foi feita a fritura. Fico impresionado pelas quantidades de desculpas do restaurante nos comentários, porém não fazem nada para melhorar a péssima qualidade da comida.
Pior que o pessoal não tem vergonha para receber as criticas da qualidade de comida, paguei o rodízio gold mesmo sem conseguir comer quase nada.

The raw fish arrived hot, tasteless, the rice was poor quality, the fried ones had a bitter taste and you could tell that it was because of the old and burnt oil that the frying was done. I'm impressed by the amount of excuses the restaurant makes in the reviews, but they do nothing to improve the poor quality of the food.
Worse than the staff is not ashamed to receive the criticism of the quality of food, I paid for the rodízio gold even without being able to eat almost anything.

Sempre pedimos os pratos sem cream cheese, pois meu namorado é intolerante à lactose. A comida demora a vir e ainda vem com o cream cheese.
Fomos dia 27/12, e o restaurante estava cheio, tivemos que ficar em fila de espera, e então quando liberou uma mesa, as atendentes demoraram 15 minutos para limpar, e mais 15 para trazer o cardápio. São grossas, demoram a atender e ainda trazem o pedido errado, até que fomos atendidos pelo garçom Humberto, o qual foi extremamente prestativo e eficiente.
Infelizmente falta concorrência, porque o dia em que Brotas tiver um restaurante japonês com a comida tão boa quanto a do Remô, e um atendimento minimamente decente, nunca mais piso lá.
The food is excellent, but they lose a lot in service, and from what I've read in other reviews, this is recurrent.
We always order the dishes without cream cheese, as my boyfriend is lactose intolerant. The food takes time to come and even comes with cream cheese.
It was December 27th, and the restaurant was full, we had to wait in line, and then when a table was freed, the attendants took 15 minutes to clean, and another 15 to bring the menu. They are thick, take a long time to serve and still bring the wrong order, until we were served by the waiter Humberto, who was extremely helpful and efficient.
Unfortunately, there's no competition, because the day Brotas has a Japanese restaurant with food as good as Remô's, and minimally decent service, I'll never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos hoje em 6 adultos no qual 5 pagaram rodízio, e infelizmente saímos todos insatisfeito! Uma por conta que o atendimento não é nada bom, as garçonetes evitam a mesa, por serem 5 rodízio a mesa deveria ser bemmmm servida e a realidade foi bem diferente, faltou várias coisas que pedimos e tinha que ficar pedindo de novo e de novo! As fotos que anexei foi o cúmulo pra mim, temaki de "salmão grelhado" acreditem se quiser, além da aparência o sabor tbm estava horrível! Nós gastando bastante em um lugar como esse e sair todos insatisfeitos é muito triste! Lá ngm reclamou pois a cara de todos não era das melhores! Então vim dar minha avaliação aqui, pois eu nem minha família voltamos mais..... Essa 1 estrela pro dia de hoje ainda é muito!
Today we went to 6 adults in which 5 paid carvery, and unfortunately we all left unsatisfied! One because the service is not good, the waitresses avoid the table, because they are 5 all-you-can-eat, the table should be well-served and the reality was quite different, there were several things we asked for and we had to keep asking again and again! The photos I've attached were the ultimate for me, "grilled salmon" temaki believe it or not, besides the appearance the taste was horrible too! We spend a lot in a place like this and leaving everyone unhappy is very sad! There ngm complained because everyone's face was not the best! So I came to give my assessment here, because neither my family have returned for more.... This 1 star for today is still a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela é muito!! 2 rodízios que eles dizem ser o Gold 89.00 cada um não vem nada evitam a mesa a comida é péssima, vc pede 6 unidades de Joe com maracujá veio só 2. Pedi 6 sushi Califórnia veio só 4 da finura de um pão de forma , todos cortados de tamanhos diferentes. O salmão cru a fatia é a metade do que qualquer outro restaurante. Não pedi porco e me foi servido o tal suíno . O shimeji estava amargo com certeza era estragado ( devolvi ). Em 30 minutos o garçom me disse se eu já queria repetir o cardápio pois já tinha passado na mesa todo o cardápio ಠ︵ಠ . Olha nem aceitável é . Saímos de lá e fomos comer porções num restaurante amarelo bem ao lado . E com 69.00 comemos um monte de porções deliciosas. Sou fã de comida oriental a mais de 20 anos e há frequentei mais de 40 ou 50 restaurantes o melhor que já passei se chama watashi em Piracicaba .
Esse remô se não melhorar pode fechar pois nós não voltaremos nunca mais lá. E TB nem ar condicionado tem tivemos sorte da noite estar fresca se não seria outro incômodo . Tem outro restaurante na cidade que TB considero mediano. Não existe restaurante japonês bom na cidade de Brotas. Então prefiram churrascaria , bares com porções pois vc vai comer bem . Minha nota = péssimo .
One star is a lot!! 2 rodízios that they say is Gold 89.00 each one doesn't come anything they avoid the table the food is terrible, you order 6 units of Joe with passion fruit came only 2. I ordered 6 California sushi came only 4 of the thinness of a loaf, all cut to different sizes. The raw salmon by the slice is half that of any other restaurant. I didn't ask for pork and I was served this pork. The shimeji was bitter it was definitely spoiled (I returned it). In 30 minutes the waiter told me if I wanted to repeat the menu because the entire menu had already been on the table ಠ︵ಠ . Look, it's not even acceptable. We left there and went to eat portions in a yellow restaurant right next door. And at 69.00 we ate a lot of delicious portions. I've been a fan of oriental food for over 20 years and I've been to more than 40 or 50 restaurants, the best I've been to is called watashi in Piracicaba.
This paddle, if it doesn't improve, can close because we will never go back there. And TB not even air conditioning, we were lucky that the night was cool, otherwise it wouldn't be another nuisance. There is another restaurant in town that I also consider average. There is no good Japanese restaurant in the city of Brotas. So prefer steakhouses, bars with portions because you will eat well. My grade = terrible .
