★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou chateada com o descaso do pós-atendimento da clínica.
Procurei a clínica para tratamento de queda capilar recentemente, comecei tomar todos os remédios no início deste mês 07/20, conforme prescrição médica. Usando o minoxidil oral, senti náuseas, tontura e mal estar, porém o doutor havia me assegurado que eram sintomas normais até adaptação ao medicamento, até aí tudo bem.
Até que surgiram urticárias por todo meu rosto pela manhã de 23/07/20, procurei a clínica, mandei mensagem pelo celular desde às dez da manhã, porém não fui atendida, enquanto isso minha urticária só aumentava pelo corpo todo e coçava ainda mais, no dia anterior tive muito mal estar e dificuldade para respirar, porém nesse período de COVID-19, tudo é motivo de preocupação, até mesmo procurar a emergência devido ao surto da doença na cidade, não está fácil.
Tentei o contato com a clínica durante todo o dia, liguei no telefone não fui atendida, liguei por whatsapp, vendo que as secretárias estavam online e assim mesmo rejeitaram a minha ligação várias vezes.
Havia mandado fotos da minha pele, e informado que não havia ingerido nenhum outro remédio diferente ou passado nada que pudesse irritar minha pele, enfim, não fiz nada que justificasse uma alergia.
Quando falei que ia postar uma reclamação, aí então surgiu um retorno às 17:30. Fiquei decepcionada, não era este tipo de postura que esperava, por um tratamento que é totalmente particular. Reações alérgicas são sérias, se não tratadas inclusive podem levar a paradas respiratórias, tive muita falta de ar, e já havia falado para o doutor que tenho histórico de doenças cardíacas na minha família.
Outro ponto é que na bula do medicamento consta que o mesmo não pode ser interrompido sem instruções, porque a parada abrupta também causa reações, ou seja, necessitava de assistência, coisa que poderia ter sido resolvida em 5 minutos com uma instrução assertiva.
I'm upset with the neglect of the clinic's aftercare.

I tried to contact the clinic all day, I called on the phone I was not answered, I called by whatsapp, seeing that the secretaries were online and even so they rejected my call several times.
I had sent photos of my skin, and informed that I had not taken any other medicine or had passed anything that could irritate my skin, in short, I did nothing to justify an allergy.
When I said I would post a complaint, then there came a return to 17:30. I was disappointed, it was not this type of attitude that waiting for a treatment that is totally private. Allergic reactions are serious, if not treated even can lead to breathing stops, I was very short of breath, and had already spoken to the doctor who have history of heart disease in my family.
Another point is that in the instructions of the listed drug that it can not be stopped without instruction because the stop abrupt also cause reactions, or need assistance, something that could have been resolved in five minutes with an assertive statement.
