â â â â â A polĂtica desse lugar Ă© abusiva! Minha experiĂȘncia: eu errei o nome do tecido que queria, mas sĂł me dei conta que tinha pedido o tecido errado quando a atendente jĂĄ havia cortado. Falei pra ela do meu erro e pedi o tecido certo, avisando que nĂŁo levaria o errado. Ela disse que eu nĂŁo podia fazer isso, se nĂŁo sairia do dinheiro dela. EntĂŁo falei com uma mulher, que acho que era a gerente ou dona de lĂĄ, nĂŁo sei, e Ela simplesmente me OBRIGOU a trazer o tecido que pedi errado, sob a ameaça de que, se nĂŁo trouxesse, ela tiraria do salĂĄrio da vendedora. O maior absurdo que jĂĄ vivi na vida! E a prĂłpria atendente me relatou depois das constantes humilhaçÔes pelas quais elas passam constantemente, nas mĂŁos dessa mulher. EntĂŁo, se vocĂȘ tem um pingo de consciĂȘncia coletiva, nĂŁo compre de um lugar que trata seus clientes e seus funcionĂĄrios assim. No fim das contas, por medo que a atendente tivesse que pagar, eu trouxe o tecido que nĂŁo me servirĂĄ de nada. E a denĂșncia serĂĄ feita!
The politics of this place are abusive! My experience: I got the name wrong for the fabric I wanted, but I only realized that I had ordered the wrong fabric when the attendant had already cut it. I told her about my mistake and asked for the right fabric, warning her that I wouldn't take the wrong one. She said I couldn't do that, otherwise it would get out of her money. So I talked to a woman, who I think was the manager or owner there, I don't know, and She just FORCED me to bring the fabric I asked for wrong, under the threat that if I didn't, she would take it from the saleswoman's salary. The biggest nonsense I've ever experienced in my life! And the attendant herself told me after the constant humiliation they undergo constantly, at the hands of this woman. So, if you have an ounce of collective conscience, don't buy from a place that treats its customers and employees that way. In the end, for fear that the attendant would have to pay, I brought the fabric that won't do me any good. And the complaint will be made!

There is a good variation of fabrics compared to other fabric stores in Ananindeua, however, the negative point is that, even if you buy cash or debit, they don't offer you any discount as is common in other stores
