A funcionária, depois de consultar a gerência, disse que não trocariam , pois se tratava de uma mancha de caneta e que o produto estava com cheiro de usado. Me senti extremamente desrespeitada, pois jamais teria uma conduta assim. Não havia usado o edredom e levei na loja quando tirei da embalagem e vi que estava manchado. Muito triste ver o desrespeito com o cliente. É preciso ter confiança nas relações e era o que eu tinha pela loja.NUNCA MAIS COMPRO NADA LÁ E NÃO RECOMENDO MAIS PARA NINGUÉM.
I bought a comforter and when I opened the product at home, I found it was stained. I returned to the store to find out if it would be possible to exchange for another one like it. The employee, after consulting the management, said that they would not change it, as it was a pen stain and that the product had a used smell. I felt extremely disrespected, as I would never have a behavior like that. I hadn't used the duvet and took it to the store when I took it out of the package and saw that it was stained. Very sad to see the disrespect to the customer. You need to have confidence in relationships and that was what I had for the store.NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN AND I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE AGAIN.
