Deixei duas bolsas no local, que foram estragadas, o dono não se responsabilizou e ainda apagou minha avaliação aqui.
PS: respondendo a resposta do dono: é claro que me alterei. Perdi, pelo menos R$ 500 nas duas bolsas estragadas, uma da Tommy Hilfiger e outra da Coach. Sem falar no apego afetivo em uma das bolsas, presente de uma pessoa que já faleceu, o que dinheiro nenhum paga.
Porém, fiquei mais de 20 minutos na loja, como não foi possível argumentar em sua defesa? Pode se defender por aqui, nos comentários, onde todos podem ver.
As bolsas ficaram mais de DOIS MESES na loja, com meu telefone pendurado na sacola. Não foi possível em nenhum momento me ligar para dizer que não poderia fazer o serviço? Não foi possível dizer que não seria capaz de fazer o serviço em nenhuma das outras TRÊS vezes que fui na loja? Desrespeito, despreparo e falta de profissionalismo e zêlo pelos objetos das outras pessoas, para dizer o mínimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja foi bom, levei 2 tênis para reparos, 1 era costura, e o outro precisava colar e pintar, me prometeram que pintura não iria ficar visivel e me cobraram amais por esse serviço, fechei e paguei, no whatsapp me enrolaram um pouco quanto ao prazo de entrega, quando fui retirar me entregaram os tênis em péssimas condições, paguei por um serviço na qual não foi prestado corretamente, a pintura está horrível, tem respingo de tinta branca na parte preta e assim vai, informei no whats e me pediram para que levasse o tênis novamente, nem respondi mais porque os tênis ficaram muito mais tempo com eles, do que o prazo que haviam estipulado, e mesmo assim não concluíram o serviço de uma forma descente, estou completamente insatisfeito e nunca mais voltarei.
The service at the store was good, I took 2 sneakers for repairs, 1 was sewing, and the other needed to glue and paint, they promised me that the paint wouldn't be visible and they charged me extra for this service, I closed it and paid, on whatsapp they rolled me one little about the delivery time, when I went to pick up the shoes, they gave me the shoes in terrible condition, I paid for a service which was not provided correctly, the paintwork is horrible, there is a splash of white paint on the black part and so on, I informed on whats and They asked me to take the sneakers again, I didn't even respond because the sneakers stayed with them much longer than the deadline they had stipulated, and even so they didn't complete the job in a decent way, I'm completely dissatisfied and will never come back.
