Ótimo atendimento? Nem pensar.
Credibilidade? Só rindo.
Pagar o locatário em dia? Passou longe dessa imobiliária.
Tratar com cortesia quem colocou o seu imóvel nesta imobiliária? Oh com toda certeza nem sabem o que é isso.
Elogios à parte ,
Não pagam o locatário em dia , não atende os celulares, quando pensou em atender só foi para ameaças, deboches e insultos a quem um dia solicitou essa imobiliária.
O Todo-Poderoso proprietário me tratou com enorme desprezo, se acha acima de tudo e de todos , sem cortesia alguma , já até perguntou se eu sabia ler e escrever, pois é ainda tive que escutar isso, fora o resto que ele falou, grande atitude.
Não paga em dia e nem sei em que ano que a imobiliária irá pensar em pagar.
Enfim colocamos em uma imobiliária para não termos preocupação e pelo contrário estou tendo um problemão.
NÃO RECOMENDO! Furada na certa , péssima experiência, lamentável!
Aliás quando o responsável pelo setor de pagamento irá pagar o locatário??? Hummm
Chega de zombar imobiliária paga o que deve , imobiliária superficial , já os comentários postados não condiz com o que eu presenciei e as atitudes do "profissional" dessa empresa, Desconheço .

Dói o que eu estou passando com eles .
Até a data presente nada do repasse do aluguel.

Praise aside ,
They don't pay the tenant on time, they don't answer their cell phones, when they thought of answering it, it was only for threats, debauchery and insults to those who one day asked for this real estate agency.
The Almighty owner treated me with enormous contempt, he thinks he is above everything and everyone, without any courtesy, he even asked if I knew how to read and write, because I still had to listen to this, apart from the rest he said, great attitude.
You don't pay on time and I don't even know what year the real estate agency will think about paying.
Anyway, we put it in a real estate company so we don't have to worry and on the contrary I'm having a big problem.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Bored for sure, bad experience, regrettable!
By the way when the responsible for the payment sector will pay the lessee??? Hmmmm
Enough of mocking real estate pays what it owes, superficial real estate, since the comments posted do not match what I witnessed and the attitudes of the "professional" of this company, Desconheço.
