Tem quase dois meses que meu tênis está pra trocar o solado , que eles prometeram trocar em 15 dias, e todas as vezes que eu vou lá a atendente me fala uma coisa e me enrrola. Por último agora ela disse que meu tênis já está pronto e que eles iriam me ligar pra combinar de me entregar e já se passaram uma semana. Eu ligo pra tentar saber o que está acontecendo e o telefone deles não funciona, agora tem uma mensagem dizendo que o número não está recebendo ligações. Não recomendo pra ninguém, esse povo não cumpre com o que falam. E o pior é que eu não deveria passar por isso, já é a segunda vez que mando eles concertarem tênis meu e toda vez é esse lixo de serviços.
Horrible, terrible. People curled up. My sneakers have been changing for almost two months, which they promised to change in 15 days, and every time I go there the attendant tells me something and rolls me up. Finally, now she said that my sneakers are ready and that they would call me to arrange to deliver them and it has been a week. I call to try to find out what's going on and their phone doesn't work, now there's a message saying the number isn't getting calls. I do not recommend it to anyone, these people do not comply with what they say. And the worst thing is that I shouldn't go through this, it is the second time that I send them to fix my sneakers and every time it is this garbage service.
