★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela!!!!! e está muito bom. Coloquei pneu para recapar, só que o pneu tinha um furo e precisou fazer um conserto. O recape foi feito, dias depois o conserto quebrou e ficou infiltrando AR para dentro da carcaça e deu bolha, fui reclamar levando o pneu. Primeiramente o dono disse que o conserto não era dele, o VENDEDOR que me atendia confirmou que o conserto era deles. Sendo assim, o mesmo ficou para avaliação, ou seja, um laudo técnico. Entrei em contato com eles e um dos seus funcionários me informou que eu teria direito a um recape, era só levar um carcaça. Eu disse que iria passar na realchutadora para resolver. Chegando lá o DONO já veio dizendo que o pneu tinha dado PT, que era para jogar fora, no lixo, e esse era um laudo ou parecer técnico -feito por um profissional capacitado- dessa forma pedir a ele o suposto laudo técnico devidamente impresso e assinado, mas ele não tinha nenhum laudo, e me pediu mais DEZ DIAS para me entregar o laudo assinado, porquê ele ia mandar o pneu para fábrica para ser emitido o tal laudo, que ele dizia existir. Sendo assim iniciamos um debate quanto aos problemas que já haviam ocorrido nos últimos tempos em relação a recape. O problema não foi solucionado pela empresa.
A star!!!!! and it's very good. I put a tire to repair it, but the tire had a puncture and needed to be repaired. The recap was done, days later the repair broke and it was infiltrating AR into the carcass and gave a bubble, I went to complain taking the tire. First the owner said that the repair was not his, the SELLER who attended me confirmed that the repair was theirs. Therefore, it remained for evaluation, that is, a technical report. I got in touch with them and one of their employees informed me that I would be entitled to a recap, just take a carcass. I said I was going to pass the kicker to solve it. Arriving there, the OWNER already said that the tire had given PT, that it was to be thrown away, in the trash, and this was a report or technical opinion - made by a qualified professional - thus asking him for the supposed technical report, duly printed and signed, but he had no report, and asked me for TEN MORE DAYS to deliver the signed report to me, because he was going to send the tire to the factory to be issued the report, which he said existed. So we started a debate about the problems that had already occurred in recent times in relation to recap. The problem was not solved by the company.
