★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou refazendo a avaliação já que não é possível fazer réplica da resposta da loja. Disse e repito. Combinam uma coisa e depois dizem outra. De acordo com o proprietário, o prazo é de 2 a 3 dias úteis da autorização do serviço. Pois bem. Pra inicio de conversa, não foi o que a atendente informou. Quando deixei a impressora ela simplesmente informou que eram 2 dias úteis, sem mencionar nada sobre o prazo contar a partir da autorização de reparo. Em segundo lugar, se o prazo final fosse a terça-feira dia 28, seria realmente aceitável. Porém, quando entrei em contato no dia 27, foi informado que ficaria pronto "até quinta-feira a tarde" (dia 30). Pode olhar o registro da conversa pelo WhatsApp que não me deixa mentir. Portanto, não tenho realmente nenhum motivo pra avaliar bem o local.
I am redoing the evaluation as it is not possible to replicate the store's response. I said and I repeat. They agree one thing and then say another. According to the owner, the period is 2 to 3 working days from authorization of the service. Well then. For starters, that's not what the attendant informed. When I left the printer it simply said it was 2 business days, not mentioning anything about the deadline from the repair authorization. Second, if the deadline was Tuesday the 28th, it would really be acceptable. However, when I got in touch on the 27th, I was informed that it would be ready "until Thursday afternoon" (30th). You can look at the chat log on WhatsApp that won't let me lie. So I don't really have any reason to evaluate the place well.

Levei o monitor que achei que estava com problemas, eles avaliaram constataram que não havia problema, não me cobraram nada por isso e colocaram-se a disposição para resolverem o que poderia ser um problema de cabo. Depois vi que o problema era mau contato dos cabos. Fiquei muito satisfeita, recomendo!
My experience with Reobot Printer was very good. They are serious, efficient, helpful. I took the monitor that I thought was having problems, they evaluated it and found that there was no problem, they did not charge me anything for it and were available to solve what could be a cable problem. Then I saw that the problem was poor cable contact. I was very satisfied, I recommend!
