São bastante comprometidos, mantendo sempre informado do status e com um excelente feedback.
Na primeira vez levou 10 dias entre a recepção e devolução do aparelho, só para registra isso foi em 2019 e só mandei de novo porque trincou a tela nunca tive qualquer problema com o aparelho A30
 I was quite satisfied with the two times I had to send.
They are very committed, always keeping informed of the status and with excellent feedback.
The first time it took 10 days between receiving and returning the device, just to register it was in 2019 and I only sent it again because it cracked the screen. I never had any problems with the A30 device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou tentar resumir: Meu celular quebrou a tela, acionei a seguradora enviei para assistência, em 15 dias o aparelho voltou sem funcionar, esperei mais 3 dias para reenviar, ficou mais 12 dias e voltou travando, não conseguir baixar um app, lá foi o aparelho, 20 dias depois fui informado que o problema era funcional que tinha que mandar para samsung, 3 dias depois chegou e levei pra samsung. Laudo da samsung: Aparelho perdeu a garantia pois veio aberto, faltando parafusos, lacre e/ou fita. Que maravilha. quer arriscar mandar pra eles? possa ser que você tenha sorte, mas isso não seria obrigação deles?.
I'll try to summarize: My phone broke the screen, I called the insurance company and sent it for assistance, in 15 days the device came back without working, I waited another 3 days to resend it, stayed another 12 days and came back crashing, not being able to download an app, there was the device, 20 days later i was informed that the problem was functional that i had to send to samsung, 3 days later it arrived and i took it to samsung. Report from samsung: The device lost its warranty because it came open, missing screws, seal and / or tape. How wonderful. want to risk sending them? you may be lucky, but wouldn't that be their obligation ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, enviei uma vez o aparelho e retornou sem fazer o reparo, liguei na assistência e me passaram um orçamento e depois que enviei ele novamente mudou totalmente o valor, cobrando o valor de um aparelho novo! Só perdi tempo enviando o aparelho! Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota zero . Comprei meu telefone a 2 meses e pouco . Porem começou a falhar a bateria ligava na samsung eles diziam que era calibragem de bateria faziam os trâmites deles la na central e o telefone voltava a funcionar 3 vezes até encaminhar pra assistência . Agora me mandam orçamento dizendo que o telefone foi aberto por outro lugar que nao era autorizada . Alguém ja passou por isso? Acho que pra uma autorizada eles estao bem desatualizado .
Note zero. I bought my phone 2 months ago. However, the battery started to fail, I called the samsung they said it was battery calibration, they did their procedures there at the central and the phone started working again 3 times before sending it to assistance. Now they send me a quote saying that the phone was opened by another place that was not authorized. Has anyone ever experienced this? I think for an authorized one they are pretty outdated.
