★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o carro na carflex para o reparo e fui muito bem atendido em todos os setores na empresa, estão no aguardo das peças para começar o reparo, a única ressalva e que se poder reparar a parte de acompanhamento online no site não está funcionando isso facilita bastante para os clientes.
I left the car at carflex for repair and I was very well attended in all sectors of the company, they are waiting for parts to start the repair, the only caveat is that if you can repair the monitoring part online on the site, it is not working, it makes it easier enough for customers.

Oi sim estou recebendo as fotos via zap obrigado, agradecendo tambem o atendimento prestado pela Vanessa nesses dias, esperando a finalização pra avaliação 5 estrelas.
So far, much praise for the service provided by marcelli, regarding the deadline and services I am waiting for the completion of repairs, my only suggestion at the moment would be some way customers receive photos about vehicle repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz contato com eles por serem credenciados da SulAmérica seguros pois o meu carro precisava de reparos de funilaria, pintura e elétrica na mala por conta de acidente.
Fui muito bem atendido, o carro ficou pronto alguns dias antes do previsto e os serviços executados ficaram ótimos.
Parabéns a todos os profissionais que trabalharam para o cumprimento bem feito dessa missão.
Recomendo muito essa oficina.

I contacted them because they were accredited by SulAmérica insurance because my car needed repairs to the body shop, painting and electrical in the trunk due to an accident.
I was very well attended, the car was ready a few days ahead of schedule and the services performed were great.
Congratulations to all the professionals who worked for the successful accomplishment of this mission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De positivo só as recepcionistas, atenciosas e prestativas, fora isso só aborrecimento, ligavam dizendo que o serviço estava pronto ia buscar o carro e sempre tinha um problema, fui 04 vezes na oficina,um serviço simples que levou mais de um mês.
On the positive side, only the receptionists, attentive and helpful, other than that just annoyance, they called saying that the service was ready, I was going to get the car and there was always a problem, I went to the workshop 04 times, a simple service that took more than a month.
