★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom essa oficina da seguradora allianza.bom atendimento vc e bem tratado e o servico e muito bom.ja fui atendido duas vezes e nao tenho nada a reclamar.o local estava com bastantes carros batidos mas não tem demora no atendimento e você recebe um carro reserva ate seu carro estar pronto .
 This allianza insurance workshop is very good. Good service you are well treated and the service is very good. I have already been attended twice and I have nothing to complain about. The place had many crashed cars but there is no delay in the service and you receive one reserve car until your car is ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina lotada de carros, não há como ter um serviço de qualidade com tanto carro pra arrumar, as recepcionistas que fazem cotação de preço de peças não são eficientes, foi solicitado dia 14/01/2022 cotação de preços, passamos 02 dias ligando pra saber valor, a moça só sabia dar desculpas, enfim, hoje são 30/01/2022 e até a presente data não obtivemos resposta, não recomendo....
Workshop full of cars, there is no way to have a quality service with so much car to fix, the receptionists who quote the price of parts are not efficient, a price quote was requested on 01/14/2022, we spent 02 days calling to find out value, the girl only knew how to make excuses, anyway, today is 01/30/2022 and to date we have not received a response, I do not recommend it....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ demorou quase 5 meses para sair meu carro pois a seguradora e a oficina nao se entendiam, mas o carro saiu, ainda com problemas e segunda dia 25/04/2022 irei levar o carro novamente
it took almost 5 months for my car to leave because the insurance company and the workshop did not understand each other, but the car left, still with problems and on Monday 04/25/2022 I will take the car again
