I have already twice brought someone in for an interview and it takes more than 3 hours, the planning has to be improved a lot so that I can start to be considered bad at work, sheer lack of respect with the candidate collaborators

Você chega entrega a nota se suja todo pra desamarrar a carga e não te deixam entrar pra tomar um banho,fazem seu caminhão de depósito.
Nunca mais volto nesse lugar.
Greater lack of dignity with drivers who will unload at this company.
You arrive and deliver the bill, get all dirty to untie the load and they won't let you in to take a shower, they make your deposit truck.
I'm never going back to that place again.
