★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a firma para instalar um portão automático e não fiquei satisfeito com o resultado. Os preços, se comparados com o mesmo produto (incluindo frete) pesquisados on-line chegam ao dobro ou ao triplo. Me induziram a um plano de manutenção em que ao término de um ano eu ficaria com o motor. Instalaram um motor usado, não fizeram contrato, não emitiram nota fiscal e, ao final do período disseram que era "só um aluguel". Paguei a instalação, um ano de boletos e, ao final, tenho que recorrer a outra firma para comprar e instalar meu novo portão. Não recomendo em hipótese alguma.
I hired the firm to install an automatic gate and was not satisfied with the result. Prices compared to the same product (including shipping) searched online are double or triple. They led me to a maintenance plan where after a year I would have the engine. They installed a used engine, did not contract, did not issue invoice and at the end of the period said it was "just a rent". I paid for the installation, a year of slips, and in the end I have to go to another firm to buy and install my new gate. I do not recommend under any circumstances.
