Piorando, ao chegar, percebi um aviso de taxa de R$ 300,00 para serviços de urgência (pasmem, 300,00). Mas o pior foi não informarem sobre esta taxa, visto que, ao telefone já havia informado minha urgência.
DETALHE: se você orçar e não aprovar o serviço, eles também cobram R$ 300,00 (está no mesmo aviso da taxa de urgência).
I WARNED ABOUT MY EMERGENCY. I moved from another city to get there, to which they inform me that they had no immediate availability to evaluate (budget). Worse, when I arrived, I noticed a fee notice of R $ 300.00 for emergency services (amazing, 300.00). But the worst was not informing about this rate, since, on the phone, I had already informed my urgency.
DETAIL: if you quote and do not approve the service, they also charge R $ 300.00 (it is in the same notice as the urgency fee).
