★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é agradável, mais tem excessos de regras, os moradores tem que ser robôs ou marionetes. Passei alguns FDS no apto de um parente, para conhecer o lugar para vê se me interessava por comprar um apto, infelizmente desisti....
The place is nice, but there are excesses of rules, the residents have to be robots or puppets. I spent some FDS in a relative's apartment, to get to know the place to see if I was interested in buying a apartment, unfortunately I gave up ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os aptos. são pequenos, como a grande maioria hoje, mas o condomínio é muito bom, bem tranquilo, ótimo pra quem gosta de sossego. O ruim é a distância, pq São Lourenço é longe do centro do Recife.
The fit. they are small, like the vast majority today, but the condo is very good, very quiet, great for those who like peace and quiet. The bad thing is the distance, because São Lourenço is far from the center of Recife.
