I live here and I love it. Friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood. Dedicated and confident porters and cleaners, and most have been working here for at least 6 years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha sogra é moradora do condomínio e ela ama o lugar e as áreas comuns do prédio. Contam com piscina adulto e infantil, salão de jogos, salão de festas, playground.. poderiam haver algumas melhorias pra que a experiência se tornasse ainda melhor, mas, no geral, é um bom condomínio.
My mother-in-law lives in the condominium and she loves the place and common areas in the building. They have a swimming pool for adults and children, a game room, a ballroom, a playground... there could be some improvements to make the experience even better, but overall, it's a good condominium.
