★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gosto de morar aqui, tirando alguns vizinhos que ficam reclamando de barulhos, mesmo sem ter conhecimento das leis de direitos e deveres dos condôminos.
Tem que ser mudo, e ficar imóvel 24 horas por dia. Inclusive se tiver crianças, se preparem, pois se a criança estiver brincando e deixar cair algo no chão, já vem o idiota do vizinho de baixo reclamar. A criança tem de ficar amarrada eu acho!!!

I like to live here, taking away some neighbors who are complaining about noises, even without knowing the laws of rights and duties of the condominium owners.
It has to be mute, and stay still 24 hours a day. Even if you have children, get ready, because if the child is playing and drop something on the ground, the idiot from the neighbor below complain. The child has to be tied up I think !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem lá seus problemas por ser um prédio velho mas tem uma vizinhança bem sociável e é um lugar bem seguro. O único problema é os bailes nas proximidades que vão noite a dentro de quinta a domingo, e fica difícil dormir com a barulheira. E por ter um córrego do lado, mesmo nos andares mais altos tem problemas com batatas.
