★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei meu bebedouro para fazerem a limpeza e substituição do filtro e mangueira, pois estava com impurezas, porém voltou com impurezas. Não sei se foi REALMENTE substituído alguma peça de fato como foi me informado, porque é no mínimo estranho peças substituídas por peças novas persistirem no mesmo Problema que as peças velhas e usadas, mas estou muito insatisfeito com o serviço. Não recomendo.
I sent my water cooler to clean and replace the filter and hose, as it was with impurities, but it came back with impurities. I don't know if any parts have actually been replaced as I was informed, because it is at least strange that parts replaced by new parts persist in the same Problem as old and used parts, but I am very dissatisfied with the service. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima ? contratei os serviços da empresa porque meu ar condicionado não estava gelando, paguei 450, 00 reias pra repor o gás, não tenho experiência na área, depois que descobri que estava caro, acontece que não funcionou,chamei de volta e levaram a máquina depois fui informada que a máquina não presta mais. Minha pergunta é...... esse término não viu que essa máquina estava condenada? Porque colocaram o gás então? Ahhh e nunca devolveram a máquina.Moral da história.... estou pagando 450,00 (parcelei no cartão) e ainda fiquei sem a máquina. Só tomei prejuízo. NÃO RECOMENDO, FIQUEM ATENTOS,PESQUISEM BEM ANTES DE CONTRARAR QUALQUER SERVIÇO PRA NÃO FICAREM NO PREJUÍZO COMO EU.
My experience was terrible ? I hired the company's services because my air conditioner was not freezing, I paid 450.00 reis to replace the gas, I have no experience in the area, after I found out it was expensive, it turns out it didn't work, I called back and they took the machine after I was informed that the machine is no longer good. My question is...... that termination didn't see that this machine was doomed? Why did they put the gas on then? Ahhh and they never returned the machine.Moral of the story.... I'm paying 450.00 (I paid in installments on the card) and I still didn't have the machine. I just took a loss. I DON'T RECOMMEND, BE AWARE, RESEARCH WELL BEFORE CONTRACTING ANY SERVICE TO DON'T BE IN LOSS LIKE ME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunca vi um serviço tão mal feito, primeiro que chamei pra resolverem um problema no barulho do motor, era pra ser feita somente a substituição do rolamento, então. na troca do rolamento o cara quebrou o motor dando a desculpa de que o mesmo tava ressecado, tive que pagar por outro motor, o motor colocado no lugar tá com o eixo empenado causando vibração na evaporadora e causando barulho, fui ver ligar o aparelho pelo botão on/off da própria evaporadora, pois é mais um problema encontrado que nem tinha, o botão não funciona, tirei a capa pra ver o que poderia ser e estava tudo solto por dentro, a placa tava solta, a capa da peça que cobre a placa nem se quer tá no lugar, ou seja, paguei por um serviço que não resolveu nada é só me deu apenas mais prejuízos. se você preza pelo seu dinheiro, recomendo não contratar essa empresa.
I've never seen a job so badly done, the first one I called to solve a problem with the engine noise, it was only to be done with the replacement of the bearing, so. when replacing the bearing, the guy broke the engine giving the excuse that it was dry, I had to pay for another engine, the engine put in place has a warped shaft causing vibration in the evaporator and causing noise, I went to see the device turn on by on/off button of the evaporator itself, because it's another problem found that it didn't have, the button doesn't work, I took the cover off to see what it could be and everything was loose inside, the plate was loose, the cover of the part that covers the sign isn't even in place, that is, I paid for a service that didn't solve anything, it just gave me more damage. if you value your money, I recommend not hiring this company.
