★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ONDE NUNCA IR!! Nunca fechem contrato pra locação nesse lugar! Na hora de alugar é tudo maravilhoso te tratam super bem, mas depois que vc sai do aluguel e vai devolver a chave é só dor de cabeça e a mulher do setor de desocupação (Cláudia) se faz de sonsa não responde mensagem, você liga pra ela as secretárias fala que ela ta ocupada e vai mandar ela retonar a ligação e ela não retonar a ligação nunca, vc tem que ficar indo atrás da mulher pressionando pra fazer ela resolve as coisas logo, tentam de tudo pra não devolver o caução.
Foi só dor de cabeça e estresse por causa dessa imobiliária.
E não aluguel essa kitnet pq o dono fez de qualquer jeito ai fica dando vários problemas e vc que tem que arca com isso depois.
WHERE NEVER GO!! Never sign a lease on this place! When it comes to renting, everything is wonderful, they treat you very well, but after you leave the rent and return the key, it's just a headache and the woman in the vacancy sector (Cláudia) pretends to not respond to messages, you call she, the secretaries say she's busy and will tell her to call back and she never call back, you have to keep going after the woman pressing her to do it, she solves things soon, they try everything not to return the deposit.
It was just a headache and stress because of this real estate company.
And I don't rent this kitnet because the owner did it anyway, there are several problems and you have to deal with it later.
