 I didn't have any problems in my move, I really recommend it, professionalism, agility, wit, education, and especially respect for the customer, they packed everything, they were careful with all the items, it really surprised me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usei os serviços da Residence duas vezes (uma mudança do Flamengo para Niterói, e uma mudança de Niterói para Botafogo) e recomendo bastante a empresa. O preço foi o melhor que encontrei, serviço completo de desmontagem, embalagem em um dia e transporte e montagem no dia seguinte. Tudo foi feito sem atrasos, sem surpresas, sem stress. Funcionários muito simpáticos e amigáveis, me ajudaram em tudo na chegada ao novo endereço. Agradeço à empresa!
I used Residence's services twice (one move from Flamengo to Niterói, and one move from Niterói to Botafogo) and I highly recommend the company. The price was the best I've found, full service of disassembly, packaging in one day and transport and assembly the next day. Everything was done with no delays, no surprises, no stress. Very nice and friendly staff, helped me with everything on arrival at the new address. Thanks to the company!

Fiz a minha mudança no dia 21/01/2022, do Centro RJ para o bairro do Anil Jacarepaguá.. no horário agendado 8 da manhã, a equipe já estava lá, prontos, todos lindos e de máscara (ainda estamos vivendo uma pandemia). Posso dizer que estou muito satisfeita com pontualidade e com profissionalismo da RESIDENCE mudança: da embalagem dos meus pertences, a condução ao transporte até a entrega no endereço de destino.. tudo chegou intacto.. e pra minha surpresa os móveis maiores arrumados nos respectivos cômodos, ex: cama box no quarto.. geladeira e fogão na cozinha.. máquina de lavar LG DirectDrive na área de serviço.. até às plantas e a bicicleta!!
Sou pura gratidão a toda equipe RESIDENCE mudança.. em especial ao Sr. Marcelo, o Sr. Bruno e a Sra. Karina que desde o primeiro contato demostraram a diferença no tratamento com transparência e profissionalismo.. RESIDENCE change gave me exactly the service that it presents on its page. I made my move on 01/21/2022, from Centro RJ to the Anil Jacarepaguá neighborhood.. at the scheduled time 8 am, the team was already there, ready, all beautiful and wearing a mask (we are still living a pandemic) . I can say that I am very satisfied with the punctuality and professionalism of RESIDENCE moving: from the packing of my belongings, the transport to the delivery to the destination address.. everything arrived intact.. and to my surprise the larger furniture arranged in the respective rooms. , eg: box bed in the bedroom.. fridge and stove in the kitchen.. LG DirectDrive washing machine in the laundry area.. even the plants and the bike!!
I am pure gratitude to the entire RESIDENCE change team.. especially to Mr. Marcelo, Mr. Bruno and Ms. Karina who, from the first contact, showed the difference in the treatment with transparency and professionalism..
