★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só existe um número de telefone para contato (celular), tentei contato várias vezes, na primeira vez fui atendida parcialmente, pois aparentemente a pessoa estava ocupada e ao invés de pedir para retornar, desligou o telefone. Tentei novamente em seguida, e só chamava... continuei tentando nos dias seguintes e nada de atender! Com esta dificuldade de comunicação, fica complicado passar alguma credibilidade para quem busca um local de confiança.
Precisa melhorar o atendimento, urgentemente!
 There is only one phone number for contact (mobile), I tried to contact several times, the first time I was partially answered, because apparently the person was busy and instead of asking to return, he hung up the phone. I tried again then, and just called... I kept trying in the following days and no answer! With this communication difficulty, it is difficult to convey some credibility to those looking for a place of trust.
