★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser o primeiro loteamento de São Mateus (2012) com toda a infraestrutura mínima, está base tornando um pedaço das ruas antigas da cidade. O calçamento já está em péssimo estado e por conta da falta de respeito de moradores e proprietários de lotes, as calçadas na sua maioria são irregulares e os lotes estão cheios de mato, cobras e ratos. Um local que deveria apresentar uma estrutura de mobilidade urbana razoável, mas não... Apesar disso, muitos moradores mostram cooperatividade para buscarem soluções de alguns problemas. As ruas são calmas e as crianças podem brincar na maioria das ruas com tranquilidade.
Despite being the first subdivision of São Mateus (2012) with all the minimum infrastructure, it is based on making a piece of the old streets of the city. The pavement is already in terrible condition and due to the lack of respect from residents and owners of lots, the sidewalks are mostly uneven and the lots are full of weeds, snakes and rats. A place that should have a reasonable urban mobility structure, but not... Despite this, many residents are cooperative in seeking solutions to some problems. The streets are calm and children can play in most streets with peace of mind.
