Não há festas, confraternizações, tão pouco liberdade para fazê-lo, as regras são super rígidas (se sua tv a cabo precisar de visita técnica, no meio da semana, vai ficar 5 dias sem tv, até cair no dia permitido. Isso se não for feriado rs).
As crianças não tem muito espaço para brincar e a academia é igual estas das praças da prefeitura. Mas é ali que elas (crianças) passam o tempo, então, faz papel de uma espécie de playground.
No geral, não há reclamações. Mas todos ali tem medo de levar multa simplesmente por ter colocado um enfeite na porta...
Nice place to live if you like absolute silence. There are no parties, get-togethers, so little freedom to do so, the rules are very strict (if your cable needs a technical visit, in the middle of the week, it will be 5 days without tv until it falls on the allowed day. It's not a holiday lol).
The children do not have much space to play and the gym is just like those of the city squares. But this is where they (children) spend their time, so they play a kind of playground.
Overall, no complaints. But everyone there is afraid of getting fined simply for putting a decoration on the door ...
