O Residencial Cataguá é muito bom para quem não precisa ou quer muito luxo.
Apenas existe uma área de recreação para crianças, quadra, salão de eventos e área com 3 churrasqueiras e uma pequena pista para percurso
Com bastante plantas, gramado e algumas árvores frutíferas.
The condominium appears to be small from the outside, but has 15 towers (4 floors + ground floor).
Residencial Cataguá is very good for those who don't need or want a lot of luxury.
There is only a play area for children, a court, an event room and an area with 3 barbecue grills and a small track.
With lots of plants, lawn and some fruit trees.
