Riscos eminentemente de acidentes.

A localização é ótima, a vista é maravilhosa.
Quiet, clean, very well maintained condominium, the concierge staff, the caretaker and the union are "Note 10", always available to help and resolve any situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde quando nós compramos o apartamento aqui, sempre fomos bem atendidos, haviam muitas reuniões para decidirmos assuntos relacionados com o com o prédio e com o condomínio. Atualmente, o prédio já está pronto, o condomínio também, porém as fotos só mostram o terreno, o prédio atualmente passa por atualizações, como a cobertura das vagas e pintura da quadra, o prédio é muito bom e aconchegante e a área de lazer é ótima. Os prédios são bem estruturados, vagas de carga e descarga bem acessíveis, é possível um tranquilo transporte de cadeirantes e pessoas idosas, um ótimo lugar para se morar!
Since we bought the apartment here, we have always been well attended, there were many meetings to decide matters related to the building and the condominium. Currently, the building is ready, the condominium is also ready, but the photos only show the land, the building is currently undergoing updates, such as covering the spaces and painting the court, the building is very nice and cozy and the leisure area is great. The buildings are well structured, loading and unloading spaces are very accessible, it is possible to transport people in wheelchairs and elderly people, a great place to live!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente local para morar, com segurança e tranquilidade. Fui ao local acompanhando um Vistoriador e fiquei surpreso com a organização dos espaços da área comum, bem como; com distribuição dos cômodos do Apartamento no Bloco Rubi.
Com as mesmas dimensões o Bloco Jade, tem um andar a mais (tendo este, alguns Apartamentos com frente para a Avenida). Seja para investimento ou mesmo para residir é super recomendável.
Excellent place to live, with security and tranquility. I went to the place accompanying a Surveyor and was surprised by the organization of the spaces in the common area, as well as; with distribution of the Apartment's rooms in the Ruby Block.
With the same dimensions as the Jade Block, it has an extra floor (this one has some apartments facing the Avenue). Whether for investment or even to reside is highly recommended.
