I didn't go exactly to this place, but to a clinic next door. The building caught my attention, very well maintained. I would live in it if that were the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio antigo, bem localizado. Estão sempre fazendo algumas reformas e manutenções, mantendo o prédio em ordem. Moradores vizinhos bem solícitos, ambiente agradável da comunidade. As vagas de garagem são terríveis, bem apertadinhas mesmo, precisa prestar bastante atenção para não ralar o carro. A 15 minutos a pé do centro. Tem tudo o que se precisa nas redondezas, muito bom.
Old building, well located. They are always doing some renovations and maintenance, keeping the building in order. Very helpful neighbors, pleasant community atmosphere. The parking spaces are terrible, really tight, you need to pay close attention not to scratch the car. 15 minutes walk from the center. It has everything you need in the vicinity, very good.
