★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para informações sobre assistente social, porém atendente Patricia, foi muito mal educada. Não sabendo atender, sendo grosseira. Se ela não sabe nem ser gentil com um simples atendimento, espero que ela não cuide de nenhum idoso.
INFELIZMENTE O ACONTECIDO FOI ANTERIOR A PANDEMIA, GOSTARIA DE SER ESTAGIÁRIA NO LOCAL.
I called for information about social worker, but attendant Patricia, was very rude. Not knowing how to answer, being rude. If she doesn't even know how to be kind with a simple care, I hope she doesn't take care of any elderly person.
UNFORTUNATELY WHAT HAPPENED WAS PREVIOUS TO PANDEMIA, I WOULD LIKE TO BE AN INTERNSHIP ON THE SITE.

My grandmother stayed there for a year and a half after fracturing her femur. Her recovery was great, always very well cared for with affection and great attention. I only have compliments to make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi muito ruim. Não recomendo ! Evitem se puderem! Minha mãe entrou andando e sabendo cuidar da sua higiene pessoal. Combinamos que usaria fralda somente a noite. Pois bem: nas minhas visitas eu via que minha mãe estava amarrada na poltrona e usando fralda “todo o tempo”. E não era só ela nessa situação, não! ? Por duas vezes a vi vestida com roupa que não era dela! Em apenas 4 meses de internação ela pegou uma infecção urinária séria, uma escara no cóccix e pra completar COVID. Agora ela está há 35 dias hospitalizada, sendo que 20 dias em UTI, tratando inclusive das sequelas que o COVID traz. Se você tem algum parente internado nesse residencial, procure vê-lo com frequência, mesmo guardando distanciamento. Pergunte muito. Não aceite resposta “clichê”. Aconselho os proprietários desse residencial a fazerem uma auditoria séria!!se quiserem me contatar eu tenho muito mais reclamações a relatar...
My experience was very bad. I do not recommend ! Avoid if you can! My mother walked in and knew how to take care of her personal hygiene. We agreed that we would wear diapers only at night. Well, on my visits, I saw that my mother was tied to the armchair and wearing a diaper “all the time”. And it wasn't just her in this situation, no! ? Twice I saw her dressed in clothes that were not hers! In just 4 months of hospitalization she got a serious urinary tract infection, a scab on her tailbone and to complete COVID. Now she has been hospitalized for 35 days, 20 days in the ICU, even dealing with the consequences that COVID brings. If you have a relative in this residential, try to see him frequently, even keeping distance. Ask a lot. Do not accept a “cliché” answer. I advise the owners of this residential to do a serious audit !! if you want to contact me I have many more complaints to report ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha avó ficou lá por volta de dois anos. Íamos com muita frequência, toda semana! O lugar é lindo e quem vê de fora acha que é o lugar perfeito. Mas na verdade falta funcionários, há deficiência em vários setores. Infelizmente foi lo único lugar que aceitou ela, devido a condição física dela. Mas não indico, acho que tá longe de ser um lugar ideal. E o preço não condiz com o serviço oferecido.
My grandmother stayed there for about two years. We went very often, every week! The place is beautiful and outsiders think it's the perfect place. But actually there is a lack of employees, there is a deficiency in several sectors. Unfortunately it was the only place that accepted her, due to her physical condition. But I don't indicate, I think it's far from being an ideal place. And the price does not match the service offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de procurar muitas casa de repouso para minha mãe tive contato com o Residencial da Terceira Idade, um lugar lindo, às instituições limpas, confortáveis, quartos individuais bem arejado.
Minha mãe ficou lá 6 anos sendo muito bem tratada, com todo carinho, com assistência médica, enfermagem e uma alimentação balanceada.
Sempre tinha festividades para os idosos, com música, brincadeiras para alegras os idosos. Fiquei muito satisfeito com o tratamento dado a minha mae e recomendo para quem estiver precisando!
After looking for many nursing homes for my mother, I had contact with the Residencial da Terceira Idade, a beautiful place, with clean, comfortable institutions, well-ventilated individual rooms.
My mother stayed there for 6 years, being treated very well, with great affection, with medical assistance, nursing and a balanced diet.
There were always festivities for the elderly, with music, games to cheer the elderly. I was very satisfied with the treatment given to my mother and I recommend it to anyone in need!
