★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A regiao do residencial é muito perigosa, fica localizado em uma favela. Nao recomendo a ninguem. Fiquei uma noite e troquei de hospedagem na noite seguinte. Quando cheguei na hospedagem, quase fomos abordados por uma moto de assalto, o uber que me levava ficou assustado , me deixou na porta e saiu correndo. No dia seguinte cortaram o cabo da campainha.
 The residential area is very dangerous, it is located in a favela. I do not recommend it to anyone. I stayed overnight and switched rooms the next night. When I arrived at the lodging, almost we were approached by a motorcycle of assault, the uber that took to me was frightened, left to me in the door and it ran away. The next day they cut the bell wire.

Se você está passando procurando por.uma cama para passar a noite e um chuveiro para tomar um banho, serve ao propósito.
Só um detalhe, o chuveiro é uma ducha, sem água quente.
Ainda assim o cômodo tem pia de cozinha, um fogão, banheiro, uma cômoda, uma geladeira uma tv e wi-fi.
Como eu disse, depende do seu propósito.
Simple accommodations but serving the purpose.
If you're passing by looking for a bed to sleep in and a shower to take a shower, it serves the purpose.
Just a detail, the shower is a shower, no hot water.
Even so, the room has a kitchen sink, a stove, a bathroom, a dresser, a refrigerator, a TV and wi-fi.
As I said, it depends on your purpose.
