★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe recém-falecida foi hóspede do Residencial Duvivier desde setembro de 2019, quando ainda era sediado em Santa Tereza sob o nome Solar do Mirante, até novembro de 2020.
Em todo esse tempo, me impressionaram a dedicação e o senso de colaboração de todos – repito, TODOS – os integrantes da equipe do Residencial, desde o pessoal da limpeza até a médica responsável, sobretudo sua linha de frente (cuidadoras, técnicas e enfermeira).
Zelo, asseio, paciência e carinho são norma na instituição. E, sempre que a visitava (mesmo sem hora marcada, como era comum antes do protocolo de pandemia), eu a encontrava limpa, cheirosa, penteada, bem vestida e alimentada.
Ao contrário da Sra. Paula Francinete, que avilta a instituição sem tê-la conhecido senão por “espionagem de janelas”, minhas afirmações são as de quem teve sua querida mãe sob os cuidados dessa instituição.
 My recently deceased mother was a guest at Residencial Duvivier since September 2019, when she was still based in Santa Tereza under the name Solar do Mirante, until November 2020.
In all this time, I was impressed by the dedication and sense of collaboration of all - I repeat, ALL - the members of the Residencial team, from the cleaning staff to the responsible doctor, especially their front line (caregivers, technicians and nurses) .
Zeal, cleanliness, patience and affection are the norm in the institution. And whenever I visited her (even without an appointment, as was common before the pandemic protocol), I found her clean, smelling, combed, well dressed and fed.
In contrast to Mrs. Paula Francinete, who demeans the institution without having known it but by “window spying”, my statements are those of those who had their dear mother in the care of that institution.

Ele está há um mês, e se adaptando muito bem, graças à atenção, ao cuidado, à dedicação, e ao profissionalismo de TODOS! Só tenho a agradecer e recomendar. Sei que é uma decisão difícil, sempre, essa mudança na vida do idoso. Mas posso dizer que tudo fica mais fácil quando o local é como o Residencial Duvivier.
I am sooooo happy that we chose Residencial Duviver to welcome my uncle. He's been there for a month, and adapting very well, thanks to the attention, care, dedication, and professionalism of EVERYONE! I just have to thank and recommend. I know that this change in the life of the elderly is always a difficult decision. But I can say that everything is easier when the place is like Residencial Duvivier.

Em especial a Dra que nos deu todo suporte necessário no momento do falecimento da minha tia. Só tenho a agradecer.
Excellent staff, super quiet and clean place, all professionals super attentive to the elderly and family, my aunt was a guest and I just have to thank you for all the affection, care and attention. Especially the Dr who gave us all the support we needed at the time of my aunt's death. I just have to say thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha vó ficou hospedada no residencial mais de 3 anos até seu falecimento. Sempre muito bem assistida e querida, foi notório a sua melhora nesses 3 anos. Antes do residencial ela morou em outra casa de repouso e vivia tendo problemas saúde. Além disso sentíamos muita segurança e tranquilidade com os profissionais da equipe. Recomendo muito.
My grandmother stayed in the residential for more than 3 years until her death. Always very well attended and dear, her improvement in these 3 years was notorious. Before the residential, she lived in another nursing home and lived with health problems. In addition, we felt a lot of security and tranquility with the team professionals. I highly recommend.

Os funcionários são sempre muito atenciosos com Mamãe e, quando tenho alguma dúvida com relação a medicação ou tratamento, o feedback é rápido e esclarecedor.
My mother went to Residencial Duvivier in August 2020, and she adapted very well to the Institution. I am very satisfied with the care received by her. The staff are always very attentive to Mom and when I have any questions regarding medication or treatment, the feedback is quick and enlightening.
