Tem vários blocos com aptos, uma área de lazer boa, com churrasqueira e piscina e também uma mini quadra.
Os aptos são pequenos, mas bem estruturados. Têm dois quartos, sala de estar e jantar, cozinha e 2 banheiros.
Único ponto negativo é que o banheiro social é bem apertado, mas dá pra relevar se souber arrumar direitinho
Very cozy residential in the Filipino neighborhood in São Luís.
It has several blocks with apartments, a good leisure area, with barbecue and swimming pool and also a mini court.
The apts are small, but well structured. They have two bedrooms, living and dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
The only negative point is that the restroom is quite cramped, but you can get rid of it if you know how to tidy it up properly
